Broan 676 exhaust fan parts have been revised numerous times throughout history. To ensure accuracy take a look at the sticker on the exhaust fan motor you are trying to replace. The sticker will be white (see picture below). Also take a quick look at your mounting bracket and the mounting bracket picture in the product page and be 100% sure they are a hand in glove fit. This will also save you a headache and return shipping charges.
